ACHA D2 Women's Head Coach and Assistant Coach
ASU Women's ACHA D2 team will start in Fall 2026. We are searching for a head coach and assistant coach(es).
This job has a small stipend - this is not a full-time salaried position.
D2 Head Coach and D2 Assistant Coach applications will remain open until November 1st, 2025. We will contact preferred candidates for interviews after this date.
We are not hiring for D1 positions at this time.

Head Coach responsibilities:
- Recruitment of 26 student-athletes for the 2026-27 season
- Responsible for the development of players on the ice
- Attend and create practice plans (tentative practice times M 1pm and W 11:45am)
- Ability to travel for away trips 3-5 times a year (some trips up to 5 days) and ability to attend home games on weekend days
- Work with D1 coaching staff on budgeting, fundraising efforts, etc.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and high performing team culture
- Responsible for administrative duties throughout the season
- Must have USA Hockey coaching certification and able to pass a background check
- More as defined by D1 coaching staff upon hire
Assistant Coach responsibilities:
- Support the D2 Head Coach in all responsibilities
- Attend and create practice plans (tentative practice times M 1pm and W 11:45am)
