Amaya Joins 22-23 Recruiting Class

Alyssa Amaya will join the 2022-2023 recruiting class for ASU. She'll join the Sun Devils as a forward. Amaya hails from Gilbert, Arizona and plays for the U19 Arizona Kachinas. She is also the senior class Vice President for the student council at her high school. On why ASU and ASU Women's Hockey, she says, "I chose ASU because I wanted to stay close to home and the Walter Cronkite is a highly ranked journalism school, I am also aiming to go to law school after so ASU just offered both of the schools I needed, while getting to stay in the desert. I chose ASU women's hockey because it is growing so fast as a club and has a lot of talented and determined girls." Welcome, Alyssa!
